We did not get the chance to talk to you before we left today but want to say thank you for a great Classic this year. Please pass this on to all your team because every in every interaction with them we had only positive (A++++++++) experiences, from check in, to lodging, to launch directors, to on-field ops and flying procedures, to tailgating, to refueling. I wanted to pass on some feedback to you that wasgiven to us as we were out and about town in the afternoons getting an early dinner before the glo's. Each day, at every restaurant, and one time while stopped at a red light on the street, local citizens came up to us and told us how much they loved the Classic and how much they appreciated having it in Colo Spgs over Labor Day. They elaborated on how important it wafor them individually and for the city at large. So while you may know this already, we as individual balloonists are also being approached directly by members of the general public and told about what a good job you are doing. Patsy, you have an amazing ability which is so rare and so appreciated. It seems that no matter how crazy the moment, you find time to talk to whoever needs or wants your attention. And we've never seen you rush away from that conversation to attend to the many "emergencies" that are always present. Last year my husband and I wanted to take our grandkids for a miniature vacation for they are only 3 and 2 years of age. He came up with the idea of going to Colorado Springs. That Saturday morning we woke up to a sky filled with Hot Air Balloons! They were just amazed as they watched them from our hotel room. My Husband then suggested for us to go to the park. I tell you for the rest of the weekend we not only had a great and wonderful time so did our grandchildren. They came back with a lot to talk about. All I can say is incredible. I've been a veteran Balloon Classic goer since 1994 and every year gets better than the previous.
