Position: Field Setup - Banners and Stage Skirt


  • Job Description: Must be able to climb on ladders and scaffolding. Will use the “Field Banner Binder” for details on where to hang Sponsor Banners on scaffolding, tents, or other places.  Will install a “skirt” on our Announcer’s stage which is a flatbed trailer . Will remove and properly store the same banners and skirt back into the Field Office Truck (FOT) at end of event..
  • Number of Volunteers needed for this position: Two (2)
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Dress Code:
    • Your own tee-shirt, shorts or jeans.
    • Your tennis type shoes or boots.
    • Baseball cap is recommended.
    • Please wear sunscreen.
  • Benefits: Form must be submitted by July 20th to receive benefits.
    • Name listed in the Official Souvenir Program as a Volunteer.
    • Volunteer Parking Pass & Volunteer Name Badge (can be picked up on Friday night).
    • Certificate of Participation can be issued after the event if requested prior to Oct.15th.
    • You are invited to attend the “Get Acquainted Reception” as our guest on Friday at 7:30 a.m. at the headquarters hotel once you are dismissed by your Leadership Team Member.
  • Time Requirement:
    • Between August 15 - 20th: visit office to become familiar with the binder and banners.
      • Time needed: one hour
    • Friday of the event:
      • Time: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
    • Monday of the event:
      • Time: 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
